Adana District Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a '’Adana District Sales Manager' for our client operating in global Agriculture Sector, who ideally is/has:

*Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
*At least 8 years of proven and successful sales experience, preferably selling agro products or in direct sales,
*High ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and within the overall business organization,
* Strong communication and negotiation skills,
*Fluent in English and Turkish both verbal and written,
*Lead and develop a highly professional and effective sales team,
*Open and clear communication skills with willingness to travel.


*To build close relations with customers and expanding customer portfolio,
*To manage, coach and motivate sales team in Central Anatolia, and Cukurova,
*To make sure that sales team is working effectively by coordinating their activities,
*To visit distributors & sub dealers and big farmers with the sales team to create demand on farmer,
*To make sure that the payments are done on time,
*To organize and follow-up sales team’s demonstration activities on big farmers,
*To develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements,
*To identify and develop new sales opportunities by planned activities,
*To report directly Country Lead Turkey
