HR Business Partner - Manpower

We keep growing in Turkey and are seeking for "HR Business Partner" for Manpower Turkey organization.

- University degree in related fields, MBA or master’s degree is a plus
- Min. 5–7 years human resources experience as HR Senior Specialist, HR Leader, HR BP or HR Manager (preferably Service or Consultancy fields)
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge & experience in training & development, performance management, talent management and recruitment
- Being comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Innovative mindset and proactive approach
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office programs

Job Description:
- Work closely with senior and line managers to provide HR solutions and people strategies which align to the operational and organisational goals and objectives
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Establish and develop local HR strategies and systems, aligned with Global/Regional HR programs, initiations and systems
- Coach Leaders and managers to successfully manage end2end people management processes (performance management, talent management, compensation planning, etc.)
- Support the change management communication process
- Support company HR branding within & outside of the company
- Taking part of the global HR evolution/survey activities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process in selected areas
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Manage, monitor and be responsible from onboarding process
