We are looking for a “Marketing Manager” for our international client operating in health products and solutions.

This position will report to the Regional Marketing Director and will be based in Istanbul office.

Main Responsibilities

Develop, manage and implement marketing plan and activities in Turkey in line with global and region guidelines.
Develop Go–to–Market plan in line with global requirements and relevant marketing strategies and plans and in coordination with the commercial team.
Propose and manage optimal assortment and corresponding pricing.
Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities.
Adapt brand, channel and product marketing ATL communication material to local requirements to secure efficient and effective communication for each market activity.
Develop and implement marketing activities, such as digital or sampling campaigns and materials, such as brochures, audio/ visual materials, web pages.
Manage product launch process according to agreed plan and within assigned budget. Ensure accurate logistic forecast on country, channel and product level for product launches.
Develop and coordinate BTL communication activities in coordination with the sales team to secure brand consistency.
Plan, organize and coordinate conferences, events, exhibitions and/or marketing seminars.
Support the Commercial Director with relevant product and market information for public affairs purpose.
Liaise with agencies (e.g. advertising, events) and public relations companies to deliver agreed activities.
Report and follow up on marketing activities.
Ensure collection of market/brand/product/channel related insights and share them with relevant parties (Region and local team). Share best practices with the regional marketing team. Participate in regional marketing meeting.
Can participate in global or regional development projects when assigned by the Marketing Director.
Deliver trainings to the sales team and external stakeholders.
Ensure adequate internal and external communication in case of quality issues.


Experience and qualification

University degree, specialization in Marketing.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B.
Experience of healthcare channels-medical shops and pharmacies.
Knowledge of sales and customer marketing basics. Additional sales experience is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must.
