We are looking for a ''Home Textile Design Group Manager'' for one of the leading companies operating in Home Textile.

•Bachelor's Degree Required in Apparel/Textile Design or Related Field,
•Must be at least 10 years work experience in Home Textile industry as Designer,
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English is a must,
•Deep knowledge in sample, production, collection development, market survey and analysis proceses,
•Must be work experience in Team Management,
•Proficiency in Design Programs such as photoshop, Illustrator...etc,
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
•No restriction for travelling,
•Military service should be completed for male candidates,
•Headquarter is located in Anatolian side.


•Lead the design process to include market research, designing, sketching, fabric and trim selection from concept to final approval of sample translating consumer needs into functional apparel.
•Lead assigned design team which includes, budgeting, hiring, developing and training associates.
•Maintain and expand expert knowledge of the industry and relevant trends, through market trips and various research groups such as consumer, market, segmentation and competitive as well collaboration with consumer insights team.
•Synthesis and analyze research to develop new design concepts, create inspirations boards and present ideas back to design leadership.
•As part of the seasonal development process contribute to the seasonal development direction through participation in Design kick-off, and other early strategic meetings.
•Lead the seasonal development of product design options in partnership with Design Management, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure that product is brand right, feasible, meets price point, and meets merchandising needs.
•Create graphic sketches including concept designs, flat view sketches, illustrations and color ways.
•Collaborate with internal raw material team to build upon existing fabric and trim platforms in addition to introducing new innovative performance features and benefits for the consumer.
•Work closely with the Product Management Team to create new processes, and implement new technology that will improve efficiencies and stimulate creativity, and motivate our team through periods of extreme change
•Utilize exceptional design skills to create original concepts that reflect our design philosophy, build on our legacy and maintain our leadership position in the industry.
•Lead through collaboration with Design Management to set the standards for the communication of design related information to our internal and external partners
•Act as the design representative for fit sessions.
•Lead in-season hand offs to the Design Team and ensure prototypes meet the design specifications, communicate sample revisions and sample exceptions.
•Ensure design options are innovative, detailed, trend right and meet product opportunities, and development timeline
•Represent the design department for strategic projects as assigned.
