We are looking for a ‘’Financial Affairs & Internal Support Director’’ to join the team of our client operating in logistics/transportation and maritime industry.

•University degree in economics and administrative sciences or equivalent discipline,
•Must be at least 12 years experience in Finance department within logistic industry,
•Deep knowledge and work experience in Human Resources, Administrative Affairs and Purchasing processes,
•Knowledge and work experience of SAP system,
•Excellent command of English,
•Must be experienced in Team Management,
•Highly developed organizational and planning abilities,
•No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•Provide leadership to the Board's Finance, Accounting and internal processes strategy, to optimise the company’s financial performance and strategic position.
•Take overall control of the company’s accounting function.
•Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
•Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
•Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants,
•Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash and credit management policies.
•Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate.
•Lead and develop finance, human resources and purchasing teams.
