We are seeking an "Administrative Assistant" with the following qualifications for our client which is operating in the pharmacy sector.

- University degree,
- Has an excellent command of English (both speaking and writing),
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a department assistant,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Strong planning and organizing skills,


- Planning and coordinating meetings, answering phone calls,
- To follow-up the schedules of the office employees,
- Ensure a solid communication between inter Departments,
- Make travel itineraries and necessary visa applications for all staff in Department and external visitors from the company,
- Support the department staff in their administrative or daily routine tasks or ad hoc requests, for instance opening PO’s and make all follow-ups, arrange all appointments with external and internal customers, as well as make presentations and reports (on an ad hoc basis/when necessary), etc.,
- Act as a liaison between the office and the field when necessary,
- Support projects/initiatives to improve communication across the different areas,
- Support necessary translations (written and verbal) for department head, staff and visitors (e.g. town hall, site leadership meetings/presentations, letters, etc.),
- Oversee and provide guidance to gate security and administrative services providers (e.g. couriers, catering, etc.),
- Support other general administrative activities (e.g. filing organization, correspondences, etc.)
