General Manager Assistant (Temporary)

We are seeking for a “General Manager Assistant” for our client.
• University degree,
• Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative/ management assistant position preferably in an international organization,
• Professional attitude, organized and structured but flexible if required,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong coordination and communication skills,
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
Provides personal assistance to General Manager,
Manage diary, e-mails and telephone traffic,
Coordinate travel shedule,
Organize meetings, dinning organizations for internal events, international guests,
Take actions time of crises,
Follows up personel assistance tasks,
Works with other departments.
