Technical Service Administrator

Provide first line Technical Service Administrative support to all internal and external customer
Develop and implement quality and compliance concepts of Technical Service.
Create and maintain service activities in service management system
Process service agreements and quotations
Process all service activities on database system
Invoice service requests, service sales orders and service agreements
Assist with installation and demo planning
Receive and check service reports


Bachelor’s degree
Technical Background is a plus
Fluency in English
Advanced MS Office skills
Basic knowledge of Database Management Systems
Familiar with ERP software systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards
Teamwork oriented person with good communication skills
