For our multinational client in FMCG industry, we are currently seeking a ''Import Specialist” who ideally is/has:
Excellent communication skills in English
Very good level of MS Office Applications
Good level of SAP knowledge
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Good communication skills, acting as a team member
Good at working with detail
Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
Manage customs brokers to ensure customs leadtime is below defined targets.
Review daily the status of the invoices at MoA/customs, make sure that process is in line with leadtime targets.
Make sure MoA approvals for artworks are taken & manage code-artwork switches with the customs broker.
Track invoices for products from Luxembourg & share all necessary documents with customs brokers, warehouse and logistic partners.
Create PO’s in SAP system & process timely customs brokers’ invoices by communicating accounting department.
Organize handling/labelling actions at bonded warehouse.
Track demurrages weekly for already occurred & to occur cases,take action to eliminate them
Check daily & ensure 100% bonded warehouse stock accuracy (system & physical match)
Prepare customs related reportings, take action when needed
Prepare monthly Magic KPI reporting by communicating with Supply & Demand planners
Prepare daily & weekly supply chain related reportings, inform supply/demand planning for actions
Test customs brokers based on their performance, take necessary actions.
