Qualifications

We are looking for a "Catering Assistant General Manager" to join the team of our international client operating in facility services industry.

•Must be university degree in Industrial, Food, Mechanical or other Engineering departments,
•At least 15 years of experience in Food Industry especially manufacturing process and 5 to 7 years of experience as an Asst. General Manager or Director.
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
•Must be experience in Team Management,
•Operating business planning process strategically; seeing the whole picture and implications for the business; taking internal and external inputs into account,
•Able to use facilitation, management, presentation and communication techniques effectively across all levels of business,
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced collaborative environment while prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines,
•No military obligation for male candidates,
•Flexibility for travel.

Job Description

•To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of catering operations and designated services to the client organisation in accordance with the agreement of the contract.
•To deliver the highest possible standard of food with the resources available and within budget.
•Manage the Catering Operation with the available resources within budget and to achieve sales and GP targets.
•Responsible for HSE compliance within the catering services.
•To actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth & development with focus on latest food trends and best practices.
•To manage and control the service offers for the client to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance.
•Ensure hospitality is produced to the highest possible standard and is delivered to the agreed specification.
•Effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results, managing team members.
