The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of :

- The business values to the Customer as agreed in the contract
- The program on time within budget and scope.
Working with Customer to manage program delivery on a day to day basis
- Participating in the Executive Steering Board as the responsible Program manager
- Working with functional Delivery leaders and regional senior managers to create and maintain support base that enables program success
- Working with project managers and PMO staff to manage the execution of the program projects
- Working with program communications manager on internal and external communications
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensuring availability and allocation of internal and 3rd party/vendor resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Seting up and control program management processes in collaboration with the PMO
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Developing a detailed program plan to track progress
- Developing and maintain a program baselined master schedule
- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Performing risk management to minimize program and project risks
- Establishing and maintaining contact and communication with third parties/vendors
- Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Reporting and escalate to management as needed
