Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for ''Compensation and Benefit Specialist '' for a global client which is performing at pharmaceuticals sector.
University graduate from Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Labor Economics,
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, additional experience in other parts of Human Resources is a plus.
Good command of both written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office applications (advanced level in MS Excel is a must)
Knowledge on pension plans, private health and life insurance regulations
Experience in project management and with high sense of follow-up skills
Ability to work with multiple tasks in deadlines and under pressure.
Knowledge on Labor Law, Social Security and Payroll regulations is a plus.
Detail and result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills
High communication and teamwork skills
Concern for order & quality
Respect for confidentiality
Participating and analyzing C&B related surveys (Knowledge on Korn Ferry Hay and Willis Towers Watson methodologies is a plus)
Participating in the local and global projects.
Monitoring C&B practices in the pharma sector and preparing market benchmarks.
Preparing the C&B packages during the recruitment and appointment process.
Development of C&B related company policies.
Preparing and reporting the employee personnel budget on a regular basis.
Maintaining compensation-related data management systems, surveys, and coordinating the implementation of business unit-level compensation programs and initiatives
Supporting HR Generalists as appropriate in the application of compensation and or benefits management principles, guidelines, procedures and best practices
Coordinating the preparation and implementation of communication and educational programs and materials related to benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, company pension plan etc.
Coordinating foreign employees’ work/residence permit processes and helping them on compensation and benefits practices.
Following up the new practices in C&B function and generating suggestions for new practices.
