Preparing agenda for meetings, recording and documenting the action decisions made during the meetings to keep track on future actions,
Ability to anticipate Manager's needs and assist to keep him/her on track with complex issues, often of a confidential nature,
Extensive meeting planning and calendar management with last minute changes,
Make and coordinate appointments,
Coordinate travel arrangements,
Answer phones, greet, receive and guide visitors,
Acting as the first point of contact with partners, companies and outside parties on behalf of the Manager,
Open to work with flexible working hours,
To be attend to the meeting in abroad and domestic with his/her General Manager.
We are seeking for a "Executive Assistant" to work for our well known multinational client.
High proficiency in English,
3-6 years experience as an Executive Assistant or related position,
Good command of MS Office applications,
Excellent coordination, organization, problem solving, analytical thinking capability,
Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously,
Attention to details,
Having good communication and interpersonel skills, inventive,
Willing to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities,
Open to be flexible on traveling.
