Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a "Procurement Specialist " for our client which is operating in the Pharmacy sector.

Bachelor’s Degree,
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management/sourcing, preferably within API Manufacturing,
Proficient in MS Office skills,
Excellent command of written and speaking English,
No military obligation (for male candidates),
B driving license.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluating purchase requests generated by the ERP system including demand from various departments,
Ordering components & materials within existing purchasing contracts at various suppliers,
Monitoring order confirmations and delivery lead-times of outstanding purchase orders and takes action when timely availability is in danger,
Applying for import permits and following up the release,
Building relations with various suppliers and monitoring supplier performance,
Managing supplier delivery problems (complaints, changes in delivery terms, quality) and attuning with appropriate parties to resolve issues,
Aligning with suppliers and warehouse about deviations of the supplier delivery protocol,
Continuously monitors and analyzes inventory levels at internal & external warehouses,
Optimizes (minimum) stock levels without compromising delivery to customers.
