We are seeking for a 'Procurement Specialist' to join into the team of our client, which is a multinational company in logistic sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant fields from a reputable university,
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a procurement specialist and also having negotiation experience in direct and indirect categories,
• Strong analytical skills and financial awareness,
• Strong communication, collaboration, influencing skills,
• Problem solving, flexible, organized, comparison ability,
• Multitasking and prioritization skills enhanced,
• Attention to detail and accuracy,
• Enthusiastic personality, self-motivated,
• Ability to work in multinational and changing work environment,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• Good knowledge of MS office and SAP,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates,
• No restrictions to travel
• Responsible from Supplier Qualification and Performance Management, Selection, Bidding, Negotiation and Contracting activities for his/her assigned procurement tasks
• Organize sourcing, run negotiations for commercial terms and economic conditions of offers
• To support and participate in companies business and cost reduction projects
• Managing and improving the supplier relations in accordance with our procurement strategy
• Compliance of all activities in his/her area of responsibility with internal and external guidelines and legal requirements
• Responsible from periodical reports, audit and internal control activities
• Implementation of the procedures and supplier management process
