QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a "Customer Support Engineer" for our client which is operating in the technology sector.
Excellent command of written and speaking english
4 years university degree with engineering fields
No military obligation or extended for a long term (for male candidates)
No travel restrictions
B driving licence
Proficient in ms office skills
Newly graduated is preferred.(experience level max 3 years is okay, age below 28)
Preferably dual citizenship
JOB DESCRIPTION
New project line up with customer
Data management, spec sending follow up
Weekly reporting about defected products
Sample arrangement for new projects , follow up from factory to customer
Field issue follow , on site verification(at customers)
Follow up of qualifiation scheduling and workshops
Verifying issues and reporting to HQ, follow up Engineering Report , closing issue.
Manpower, Türkiye İş Kurumu’ndan 18.8.2016 tarihli ve 6 no’lu Özel İstihdam Bürosu izin belgesi ve 3.6.2017 tarihli Geçici İş İlişkisi Yetki Belgesi sahibidir.İş arayanlardan hiçbir ad altında menfaat temin edilmez ve ücret alınmaz.
