Key Account Sales Consultant

We, as ManpowerGroup, are one of the largest providers of recruitment process outsourcing in the employment services industry since 1948, enabling our clients to outsource the entire recruitment process for permanent and temporary staff to us, so they can focus on other areas of human resources.
We keep growing in Turkey and are looking for high caliber "Key Account Sales Consultant" for our business divisions.
-5-7 years of sales experience in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment is essential
-An outgoing personality and a proven sales track record
-Experience in sales activities of recruitment and/or other HR functions will be a definite asset
-Advanced communication skills
-Fluency both in oral and written English
-Analytic, flexible, co-operative, team worker and self-motivated
-Willingness to work with targets and KPIs, very friendly with figures
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
-Fully focused on international clients, analyze client demands and define innovative tailor made HR solutions for complex client needs through regular visits.
-Negotiate and close global and local agreements in conjunction with Manpower Global Business Units and identify cross selling opportunities
-Maximizing business and network with international clients to ensure full business potential is realized.
-Preparing presentations, proposals and bids for the potential clients.
-Being responsible for financial and performance targets expected, by both individuals and team.
-Being a “role model” for the operation team on commitment to sales and client satisfaction, promoting a culture of success, team-work and self improvement.
-Ensuring to deliver a quality service to customers and Manpower Best Practice is adhered to at all times.
