Termination Sales Engineer

We are seeking for a "Inside Sales Engineer" for our multinational client operating in automation solutions sector.
Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or related field is preferred,
At least 3 years sales experience in the industrial market,
Strong personality with the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization,
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
Fluent in English,
Willingness to travel in the region and international,
Be an action oriented, self-motivated, results driven sales person,
Be a team player willing to work with other sales people in the region and globally.
Executing the assigned Business Development Domain,
Promoting the product line, to achieve bookings and sales targets, by developing and implementing product support and sales strategies aligned with those of the region and business unit(s),
Providing direction and giving training to the sales team on how to be successful both technically and commercially,
Gaining and applying product and industry knowledge to develop market penetration plans to achieve budgeted sales and growth commitments,
Coordinating and assisting with product field tests, trials, etc.,
Actively visiting existing customers and seeking new opportunities to promote products, services and solutions of the company,
Reporting regularly to Sales Manager and Business Unit on market trends, competition strategies,
Engaging early in the RFQ process and follow up with all parties involved,
Producing bookings and sales forecasts, monitoring performance against budget and report these.
